The official Laravel package for Calisero is published and ready for production. It covers everything you need to send SMS from a Laravel application without writing infrastructure code.
What it includes
Auto-discovery. Install the package and the service provider registers itself. Nothing to change in your application configuration.
Publishable configuration. Publish the config file and set the API key, default sender and callback address from environment variables.
Queue and Horizon compatible. Sending runs through your application's queue system. Nothing blocks an HTTP request, and Horizon shows the traffic like any other queue.
Phone number validation and normalisation. User-supplied numbers are normalised to international format before sending, with validation you can reuse in form requests.
Broadcastable delivery events. Callbacks from Calisero become Laravel events. Listen to them like any other event, or broadcast them onward to your interface.
Artisan commands. Test sends, configuration checks and message status inspection, straight from the command line.
Who it helps
If your application sends OTP codes, order confirmations or delivery notifications and runs on Laravel, the package saves you the integration layer you would otherwise write by hand: HTTP client, retries, status mapping, callback handling.
For non-Laravel projects, the PHP library remains the right choice — the same capabilities, without framework dependencies.
Getting started
The package installs through Composer and is fully documented, with examples for every feature. The integrations page lists the current version, test status and the link to the public repository.
Node.js and Python libraries are in development and will appear on the same page when they launch.
