Delivery
Version: 1.0 - 23 April 2026 10:00
This page explains how Calisero delivers its digital products and services, what timelines generally apply, and what conditions must be met for successful delivery.
1. Scope
Calisero products are delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped by courier or postal services.
This policy applies to account access, SMS credit activation, transactional SMS, OTP verification services, API access, callbacks, and related digital functionality available through the Calisero platform.
2. What Calisero delivers
- access to the web dashboard and customer account;
- activation of purchased credit after payment confirmation;
- access to API keys and technical integration features;
- delivery of transactional SMS and OTP messages to recipients through partner telecom infrastructure;
- delivery status events, reports, and callback notifications where configured by the client.
3. Account activation and access
Account creation is completed online. Access to the Calisero dashboard becomes available after the registration process is completed and, where applicable, after email or phone verification.
Certain features may be activated only after additional compliance checks, billing validation, sender approval, or internal anti-fraud review.
4. Delivery timelines
4.1. Access to the platform is usually available immediately after account creation, except where additional checks are required.
4.2. Card payments are usually processed automatically, and the corresponding credit is generally activated shortly after payment confirmation from the payment processor.
4.3. Payments by bank transfer are processed after the funds are confirmed in our bank account and the payment can be matched to the relevant client account.
4.4. SMS and OTP messages are submitted for delivery in near real time after a valid request is accepted by the platform, but final delivery timing depends on mobile operators, destination networks, handset availability, and message validity windows.
5. Technical conditions for delivery
Successful delivery depends on the client providing correct and complete data, including valid phone numbers, approved sender identifiers where needed, correct API credentials, and properly configured callback URLs.
Calisero may delay, limit, or reject delivery if requests are incomplete, invalid, potentially fraudulent, unlawful, or incompatible with network or operator rules.
6. Delivery confirmation and evidence
The platform records operational events such as accepted, queued, sent, delivered, failed, or expired statuses when these are made available by integrated vendors and destination networks.
Clients can review delivery information in the dashboard, through API responses, or through callback notifications if this functionality is configured on their account.
7. Delays, interruptions, and failed delivery
Because delivery relies on third-party telecom and internet infrastructure, Calisero cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered instantly or in every situation.
Delays or failures may be caused by operator outages, coverage issues, recipient device availability, spam or security filtering, portability constraints, invalid destinations, maintenance windows, or force majeure events.
If a delivery incident is caused by the Calisero platform, we will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly and provide support information through the available communication channels.
8. Support
For questions related to delivery, credit activation, delayed processing, or message status investigations, contact us at [email protected].
Requests should include enough information for identification, such as the account, payment reference, message ID, destination, and the time interval relevant to the issue.
