4. Content and intellectual property
The Platform content is protected by national and international copyright and intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use the Content without Calisero’s prior consent.

The User is responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for all activities carried out through their Account.
6. Calisero services
- Transactional SMS (reminders, alerts, order status, OTP, delivery confirmations, appointments, etc.).
Use of the Service for electoral, obscene, illegal content or content that violates GSM operator policies is prohibited. The Service does not replace emergency calls (112).

8.1. Service prices are displayed in EUR, exclude VAT, and may change without notice for future orders.
8.2. Accepted payment methods:
- Bank card (through a PCI-DSS certified processor);
- Bank transfer (payment order).
8.3. Invoicing is done exclusively in RON. Invoices are also sent through the national RO e-Factura system, according to applicable law.

8.5. Calisero may cancel the Order in case of non-payment, incomplete data, or an invalidated transaction, with notice to the Client.
8.6. If the contract is suspended or terminated for any reason, the remaining unused SMS credit will not be refunded.

12. Service operation notices
12.1. Contact details provided by the Client are used exclusively for technical and operational notifications (e.g., account information, platform alerts, security incidents, mandatory contractual updates).
